IMPORTANT – Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) – Mountain Valley Pipeline Update

ferc_noticeFERC has just published that they are preparing a Notice of Intent to Prepare an EIS, Request for Comments, and Public Scoping Meetings which will be issued in April 2015. The announcement states that the scoping meetings for the MVP will be held in Virginia and West Virginia in early May 2015.
